What information is required to apply for a VentureOne Business card?

To apply for the VentureOne Business card, you must be an authorized representative for your business. You’ll need to provide personal and business details to verify your identity and establish creditworthiness. Your application may be declined if you have a freeze with credit bureaus.

Personal information includes:

  • Full legal name

  • Personal contact information

  • Social Security number

  • Monthly rent or mortgage payment

Business information includes:

  • Tax ID or Employer ID Number (EIN), or an SSN for sole proprietorships

  • Annual revenue 

  • Monthly business spend

  • Names and information of other beneficial owners or controllers

How do I redeem the miles I’ve earned using my VentureOne Business card?

Redeeming the miles you’ve earned using your VentureOne Business card is easy. There are a few ways that you can redeem miles:

 

  • Use your miles when you book a flight, hotel, vacation rental or rental car through Capital One Business Travel. You’ll have the option to use your miles as you complete your reservation.

  • Transfer your miles to one of our airline partners by signing in to your Capital One Business account and navigating to the Rewards section. Once you transfer miles, the expiration date and value of transferred rewards are subject to the terms and conditions of the receiving airline loyalty program.

  • Redeem your miles for cash, gift cards or your Amazon account by signing in to your Capital One Business account and navigating to the Rewards section.

    Venture X Business Limited Time Offer: Earn up to 300,000 bonus miles and a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel Credit. Spend $40,000 in the first four months and earn 150,000 miles. Spend $120,000 in the first four months and earn an additional 150,000 bonus miles as well as a $1,000 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. This credit will be applied to your Capital One Business Travel balance within two billing cycles and can be applied to purchases at checkout. This credit expires 16 months after account opening. These bonuses may not be available for existing or previous Capital One Business cardholders. 

    Annually, eligible Venture X Business primary account holders will also receive a $300 Capital One Business Travel credit to use toward purchases made through Capital One Business Travel. Each annual travel credit will expire on the day before the next account open date anniversary at 11:59 p.m. ET. The annual travel credit will be available within Capital One Business Travel and can be applied to purchases at checkout. The annual travel credit may be used in whole for a single purchase or in part over multiple purchases. Rewards will not be earned on the travel credits. If the purchase using the travel credits is canceled, the travel credits will be restored if they are not expired. Expired travel credits will not be restored upon cancellation. A Venture X Business card account must be open and in good standing to receive or use the travel credits.
